How to Change Windows XP Logon Screen Color

  1. Open Regedit (Run -> Regedit -> Ok);
  2. Go To HKEY_USERS>.DEFAULT>Control Panel>Color;
  3. Change BackGround value to RGB code (0 0 0 = Black, 255 255 255 = White);
  4. Restart your computer and see it !!!
